Proposal Specialist

Job Summary

To support a high-volume workload, the full-time remote Proposal Specialist will manage the end-to-end execution of RFP responses, customize slide decks, and maintain content libraries for media agencies serving pharmaceutical brand teams.

Key responsibilities

• Produce customized PowerPoint decks and Excel pricing responses for RFPs from media agencies
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary inputs for proposal completion
• Proof all proposals for accuracy and compliance before submission

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of experience in a proposal role
• Advanced PowerPoint skills for building and maintaining slide decks
• Proficiency in Excel for managing pricing tables and data grids
• Familiarity with AI-assisted writing and research tools for proposal development
