Proposal Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a 12-month contract, the Proposal Specialist will create proposals and RFP/RFQ responses that effectively communicate the company's value proposition while collaborating with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and review proposal documents and responses, aligning them with sales strategies and customer needs
• Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure consistency and completeness in proposal responses
• Identify and mitigate risks by ensuring proposals align with company capabilities and policies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 3+ years of experience in proposals, marketing, communications, or contracting
• Strong creative and persuasive writing skills with experience in technical proposal writing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Knowledge of business and legal concepts relevant to proposal development
