Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal & Bid Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Helping pursuit teams identify winning strategies and crafting compelling messages and deliverables
Reviewing, editing, and producing proposals with attention to detail
Project managing the proposal process from opportunity stage to submission

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in relevant field or Associate's degree with related work experience
2+ years of content writing, proposal management, or related experience
Familiarity with the Shipley proposal method preferred
Prior experience in pursuit content strategy in tech or consulting industry
Strong background in business writing and AP style
