Job Summary
A company is looking for a Proposal Specialist to manage RFP responses throughout the proposal lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the RFP response/proposal lifecycle, including bid planning and submission
- Write and edit proposal narratives while collaborating with various departments
- Ensure proposals meet RFP requirements and align with company standards and policies
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in proposal management or related field
- Strong knowledge of the procurement process, particularly in the education market
- Familiarity with proposal management software and Salesforce
- Experience using AI in content development
