Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Specialist to manage RFP responses throughout the proposal lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the RFP response/proposal lifecycle, including bid planning and submission
• Write and edit proposal narratives while collaborating with various departments
• Ensure proposals meet RFP requirements and align with company standards and policies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in proposal management or related field
• Strong knowledge of the procurement process, particularly in the education market
• Familiarity with proposal management software and Salesforce
• Experience using AI in content development
