Proposal Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Produces RFP shred, analysis, tracking, and posting of amendments
• Leads proposal preparation, manages writing assignments, and coordinates with internal contributors and external partners
• Develops and manages proposal schedules, conducts reviews, and monitors progress of proposal artifacts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Three to four (3-4) years of experience managing proposals for Federal and/or DoD customers or five (5+) years in a relevant field
• Foundation in Shipley Proposal Development and Business Development methodology preferred
• Experience developing prime proposals with teams of subcontractors preferred
• Experience developing winning proposals for contracts valued at $2M or greater is preferred
