Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pursuit & Proposal Specialist to join their Mobility Winning Pursuits' team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage capture planning and strategy development, including action plans and schedules
• Lead proposal development and interview preparation, ensuring compliance with RFP requirements
• Conduct market research and support business development efforts through various initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the A/E/C industry in marketing, pursuit, proposal, or business development
• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, professional/technical writing, or a related field
• Experience in developing and writing proposals with a thorough understanding of the RFP process
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience in persuasive writing and developing features, advantages, and benefits
