Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Specialist to develop strategic proposals in response to RFPs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage proposals in response to RFPs for clients and prospects
• Lead RFP strategy meetings and collaborate with business partners to create compelling proposals
• Evaluate RFP requirements and customize content based on client needs and market positioning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in communications or proposal writing
• Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple concurrent RFPs
• Proficiency in word processing and desktop publishing applications
• Demonstrated ability to use creative ideas to enhance communication projects
