Proposal Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Specialist to provide service contract support to the pre-sales and account management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate professional services contracts, ensuring clear understanding of deliverables and financials
• Coordinate internal sessions for contract scoping, pricing models, and proposals
• Lead RFP/RFQ responses and maintain contract documentation and version control

Required Qualifications

• 2 - 5 years of experience in authoring proposals or SOWs, preferably in IT Professional Services
• Basic knowledge of contract administration practices and procedures
• Project Management experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in English, Computer Science, Journalism, Business Analysis, or a related field preferred
