Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the creation and submission of proposal materials and applications throughout the documentation process
• Utilize AI systems for drafting proposals, researching funding streams, and analyzing tutoring programs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, track contracts, and promote services through proposals

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing RFXs for K-12 educational entities
• Proven success in responding to RFXs and completing vendor applications
• Experience in marketing and promoting services effectively
• Proficiency in AI systems for proposal development
• BA/BS preferred
