Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Specialist to manage RFX processes and develop proposals for education agencies and related organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the creation and submission of proposal materials, RFX responses, and applications for various agreements and registrations
• Utilize AI systems for drafting proposals, researching funding streams, and analyzing tutoring programs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, accuracy, and effective marketing strategies

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing RFXs, preferably in K-12 education
• Demonstrated success in responding to RFXs and completing vendor applications
• Proficiency in utilizing AI systems for proposal development
• BA/BS degree preferred
• Ability to work independently and deliver multiple proposals on time
