Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Specialist to manage RFX processes, develop proposals, and complete applications for contracts and grants.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the creation and submission of proposal materials and applications for various agreements and registrations
• Utilize AI systems to draft proposals, analyze competitive insights, and research funding opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and develop effective proposal strategies

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing RFXs, particularly in K-12 education sectors
• Proficiency in utilizing AI systems for proposal development and research
• Demonstrated success in responding to RFXs and completing government vendor applications
• BA/BS preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple proposals on time
