Proposal Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a (RFx) Proposal Specialist to manage the lifecycle of procurement responses.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire RFx lifecycle from initial request receipt through submission and follow-up
• Facilitate and document the bid/no-bid decision process in collaboration with Sales and technical teams
• Write, edit, and proofread proposal content while maintaining and improving the company's content library

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, Marketing, or a related technical field
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience managing and writing complex proposals (RFP, RFI, RFQ)
• Foundational understanding of IT concepts such as Cloud Computing, Managed Services, and APIs
• Proficiency with Proposal Automation software and Microsoft Office Suite
