Proposal Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Specialist, Valuation & Advisory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the development of proposals and related materials for the Infrastructure and Right-of-Way practice
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and verify key content and ensure compliance with submission requirements
• Support internal proposal intake processes and track proposal activity using project management tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in proposal coordination, writing, or design within a relevant environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud or comparable design tools
• Experience formatting documents and creating visual layouts that enhance readability
• Familiarity with real estate appraisal, infrastructure, or public-sector project delivery preferred
