Proposal Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Specialist to develop strategic proposals in response to RFPs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage proposals for low to moderate complexity RFPs, ensuring compliance and compelling content
• Collaborate with corporate and sales partners to analyze RFP requirements and create client-focused proposals
• Serve as project manager for multiple concurrent RFPs, coordinating resources and ensuring timely responses

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in communications or proposal writing
• Demonstrated project management and analytical abilities
• Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications
• Ability to work collaboratively with individuals at all organizational levels
