Proposal Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Specialist to support the proposal process and development of client responses for new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzes RFP/RFI documents to define proposal strategy, timeline, and structure
• Leads the proposal development process, managing content creation and submission
• Develops proposal budgets and coordinates budget review meetings for executive approval

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing, business administration, or related field (Required)
• 10+ years of experience in patient access support, proposal and/or contract management (Required)
• Proficiency with document management and contract management systems (Required)
• Knowledge of proposal development processes and budgeting fundamentals (Required)
• Ability to interpret complex proposal requirements and manage end-to-end proposal workflows (Required)
