Key Responsibilities

Review and vet RFP/RFQ/RFI documents to determine bid viability
Serve as the central point of contact for all proposal-related requests
Manage bid and procurement platforms for proposal submissions

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of proposal development or administrative experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred
Experience responding to government or commercial RFPs preferred
Proficiency with procurement portals and cloud-based proposal management systems
