Proposal Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Specialist I to prepare winning proposals and presentations in collaboration with technical leads and Capture Managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate kick-off meetings to define expectations and manage proposal schedules
• Collaborate with the team to develop strategy and win themes for proposals
• Lead the development of visual and written content for proposals, including drafting and editing proposal narratives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of proposals experience
• 1+ years in the AEC industry preferred
• Familiarity with regional and local public agencies preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Teams; Adobe InDesign preferred
