Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Specialist to support business development and sales activities by leading the development and submission of responses to RFPs, RFIs, and proposal requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end RFP/RFI proposal development and submission for new business opportunities and account renewals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Leadership, and Account Management to produce high-quality, strategic responses
  • Manage quoting, proposal generation, and renewal processes across multiple lines of business
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Support
  • Experience drafting and editing RFPs for sales teams
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PDF tools
  • Experience with databases, reporting tools, or project management platforms
