Job Summary
A company is looking for a Proposal Specialist to support business development and sales activities by leading the development and submission of responses to RFPs, RFIs, and proposal requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end RFP/RFI proposal development and submission for new business opportunities and account renewals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Leadership, and Account Management to produce high-quality, strategic responses
- Manage quoting, proposal generation, and renewal processes across multiple lines of business
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Support
- Experience drafting and editing RFPs for sales teams
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PDF tools
- Experience with databases, reporting tools, or project management platforms
