Proposal Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Specialist to manage the proposal process for competitive solicitations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor RFP and bid portals to identify suitable opportunities and organize them in Salesforce
• Coordinate proposal teams, conduct kickoff meetings, and ensure understanding of RFP requirements
• Craft clear and compelling proposal responses, manage the proposal library, and support the presentation phase

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Professional Services, preferably in higher education
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Creative Suite, and platforms like Loopio
• Experience using AI tools for proposal development and content management
• A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
