Proposal Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Business Development and Marketing team, the full-time Proposal Specialist will prepare and manage proposals for capital public works projects, ensuring compliance with requirements and coordinating resources in a fully remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Schedules and documents proposal kick-off and review milestones while ensuring adherence to best practices
• Performs detailed analysis of RFP requirements and prepares compliance matrices and production schedules
• Collaborates with technical teams and graphic designers to develop high-quality proposals and presentations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related technical field
• Minimum of 3 years of proposal experience with increasing responsibility
• Experience with RFP responses and technical writing preferred
• Familiarity with architectural, engineering, or construction management services
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite applications
