Proposal Specialist

Job Summary

To support business development efforts, the full-time remote Proposal Specialist II will create, coordinate, and edit customized proposals for RFPs and other requests while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Create and format customized proposal responses for various requests
• Coordinate proposal production from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and align messaging for proposals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• Experience in a proposal, bid, or response-management role
• Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Adobe products
• Ability to manage multiple detailed projects and prioritize effectively
• Strong sense of ownership and a continuous-improvement mindset
