Proposal Specialist

Job Summary

Collaborating with the Senior Proposal Manager, the full-time remote Proposal Specialist will assist in the end-to-end RFP process, ensuring timely and high-quality proposal submissions that meet company objectives and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the development and submission of tailored proposals by gathering relevant information from cross-functional teams
• Maintain and expand the RFP response database, ensuring content is accurate and up-to-date
• Support special projects related to marketing collateral and white papers to enhance the proposal and sales process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 1-3 years of business or marketing experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with RFP management software is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Exceptional writing abilities with a keen eye for detail to create compelling proposals
