Proposal Specialist

Job Summary

Leading the development and oversight of compelling proposal submissions, the full-time remote Proposal Specialist will collaborate with clients and internal teams, manage proposal processes, and facilitate reviews to drive company growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist with proposals and lead Requests for Information and Requests for Qualifications
• Manage the proposal process, including schedules, templates, and compliance
• Facilitate color team reviews and implement revisions based on feedback

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• 4+ years of experience in proposal coordination, writing, and editing
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 preferred
• Experience with Canva, InDesign, or other graphic design software preferred
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
