Proposal Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Growth Team remotely, the full-time Proposal Specialist will manage the planning, development, and submission of high-quality responses to federal business opportunities while ensuring compliance and collaboration across teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Implement and improve the proposal process under the direction of the Director of Proposals
• Manage timelines and track deliverables to ensure timely and compliant proposal submissions
• Assist in maintaining proposal content resources and conducting quality checks for compliance and accuracy

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 2 or more years of experience supporting the development of compliant proposals for Federal Government contracts
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and proficiency in the MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and collaboration tools
• Familiarity with the Federal Procurement process and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
