Proposal Specialist

Job Summary

Collaborating with Sales & Marketing and Innovation & Growth Operations teams, the full-time remote Proposal Specialist will manage bid writing and coordination, content production, and proposal support to enhance business development efforts across various service lines.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and write responses for bids of varying complexity, working under the direction of the Bid Manager
• Define, design, and maintain core RFx responses and proposals in collaboration with subject matter experts
• Develop high-quality documents and presentations that effectively communicate innovative propositions to clients

Required qualifications

• Solid understanding of the company's offerings and delivery organization
• Intermediate or higher expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Strong writing skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, comprehensive content
• Experience in the staffing and recruiting industry or a related professional services field
• Fluency in English with the ability to adapt content for different regional markets
