Proposal Specialist
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Proposal Specialist III will lead medium to large proposals and presentations, support capture managers in developing win strategies, and ensure compliance and quality of proposal deliverables.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead responses to client RFI/RFQ/RFPs and manage proposal deliverables across various formats
- Facilitate color reviews and apply lessons learned to enhance proposal quality
- Provide market research and competitive intelligence to support proposal strategy and business planning efforts
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience
- Strong understanding of proposal and presentation strategy development and compliance
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Familiarity with marketing best practices and procedures
