Proposal Specialist
Job Summary
To support a growing Proposal Development team, the full-time remote Proposal Specialist will manage the development and preparation of compelling responses to RFPs, RFIs, and custom proposals while collaborating with various stakeholders and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Manage RFx projects from initiation to completion, coordinating with subject matter experts and maintaining stakeholder alignment
- Develop and edit proposal content, ensuring it aligns with the company's voice and sales strategy
- Collaborate with team members to review and support proposal projects, fostering strong interdepartmental relationships
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in the promotional products industry, preferably in account management or related fields
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience with cloud-based RFP management software, such as Responsive
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other MS Office suite products
- Comfortable using AI tools for content development and process efficiency
