Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Development Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, write, and manage multiple RFP/RFI requests under tight timelines
• Collaborate with various functional areas to create compelling proposal responses
• Lead efforts to win new business and retain existing strategic accounts

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or English, or four years of relevant professional experience
• Three years of professional writing experience in marketing, public relations, or business communications
• Four years of experience in writing responses to RFP/RFI requests
• Four years of experience in healthcare, preferably in health insurance
