Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Specialist II to support the data center sector by preparing winning proposals and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of proposals, client presentations, and marketing initiatives
• Facilitate proposal kick-off meetings and manage adherence to proposal schedules
• Develop page layout and manage proposal documents, including visual and written content

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent experience
• 6-8 years of experience in developing architectural and engineering proposals
• Familiarity with the AEC industry and data center market
• Experience with graphic design/layout and Adobe InDesign
• Intermediate to expert skills with Microsoft Office Suite
