Proposal Strategist

Job Summary

Managing high complexity proposals, the full-time remote Proposal Strategist/Writer will collaborate with leadership to create tailored responses to RFx documents, ensuring compliance and alignment with client needs and company brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Leads the proposal response process, coordinating with subject matter experts and senior leadership to develop strategic content
• Conducts compliance reviews and quality checks of proposals, ensuring alignment with requirements and strategic win themes
• Develops and manages proposal calendars and project plans, providing updates to leadership throughout the proposal development stage

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of competitive proposal writing experience in a PBM, healthcare, or managed care environment
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and PowerPoint
• Ability to analyze documentation to determine client requirements and translate them into compelling proposal language
