Proposal Supervisor - Renewables

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Supervisor - Renewables.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Renewable Proposal Team, overseeing proposal execution from kickoff through submission
• Facilitate proposal meetings, manage team workload, and ensure adherence to proposal standards
• Develop and refine proposals, collaborating with various teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with client needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Communications, Technology, or a related field (Associate's degree considered)
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the Renewable and/or Power industries, with at least 5 years in proposal development
• Proven experience in developing effective proposals and identifying technical scopes of work
• Strong business acumen in project management, proposals, or engineering
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
