Job Summary
Leading the Client Solutions team, the full-time salaried Proposal Team Lead will manage quoting processes, ensure exceptional client service, and drive team performance in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain quoting processes, standards, and guidelines to enhance service delivery
- Manage the quoting queue to meet service level objectives while overseeing team scheduling and utilization
- Conduct employee reviews and foster a culture of continuous improvement through coaching and feedback
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant technical experience in IT hardware and software sales
- 5+ years of management or leadership experience in a client-focused environment
- Knowledge of ITIL standards and experience managing Microsoft licensing
- Familiarity with ConnectWise Manage and ConnectWise Sell
- Strong business analysis skills with a good understanding of financial concepts
