Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Team Manager to oversee the development of business proposals and manage a team of proposal writers and coordinators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end proposal process, ensuring compliance with client requirements and internal standards
  • Supervise and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
  • Develop proposal strategies that address client needs and highlight the company's value proposition
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years in proposal management and/or 5 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in EAP is preferred
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office Suite, and proposal management software
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple proposals simultaneously
