Proposal Team Manager

Job Summary

Managing the development of business proposals, the full-time remote Proposal Team Manager will oversee the proposal process, mentor a team, and implement strategic planning to ensure timely and compelling submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end proposal process, ensuring compliance with client requirements and internal standards
• Supervise and mentor a team of proposal writers, coordinators, and subject matter experts
• Develop proposal strategies that effectively address client needs and highlight the company's value proposition

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in proposal management and/or 5 years in a leadership role
• Experience in EAP is preferred
• Strong project management and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office Suite, and proposal management software
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple proposals simultaneously
