Job Summary
To support the Sales team and Directors, the part-time remote Proposal Writer will manage project assignments, conduct research, and write client proposals to secure new business for a rapidly growing PR agency.
Key responsibilities:
- Write and edit proposals, ensuring consistent tone and voice while handling multiple revisions
- Conduct research to develop comprehensive proposals, including objectives, deliverables, and budget information
- Own and manage project assignments, exploring opportunities to add value and accomplish organizational goals
Required qualifications:
- 2-4 years of proposal writing experience
- College degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business
- Proficiency in Microsoft products, especially PowerPoint, and familiarity with Adobe Suite
- Minimum of 3 years in a strategic marketing communications position
- Strong market awareness and experience in business-to-business marketing communications
