Job Summary

To support the Sales team and Directors, the part-time remote Proposal Writer will manage project assignments, conduct research, and write client proposals to secure new business for a rapidly growing PR agency.

Key responsibilities:
  • Write and edit proposals, ensuring consistent tone and voice while handling multiple revisions
  • Conduct research to develop comprehensive proposals, including objectives, deliverables, and budget information
  • Own and manage project assignments, exploring opportunities to add value and accomplish organizational goals
Required qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of proposal writing experience
  • College degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products, especially PowerPoint, and familiarity with Adobe Suite
  • Minimum of 3 years in a strategic marketing communications position
  • Strong market awareness and experience in business-to-business marketing communications
