Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Writer

Key Responsibilities:

Project manage the completion of RFPs, including compiling existing language, creating new language as needed, and reviewing documents for accuracy
Develop a thorough understanding of the company's software to facilitate accurate and consistent proposals
Collaborate with various teams to draft and revise standard and customized language as needed

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in proposal writing within the SaaS industry
CMMS and EAM experience a plus
Experience with formatting, reviewing and proofreading materials
Strong editorial judgment
Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Loopio RFP, and Tableau a plus
