A company is looking for a North American Pursuit Strategist (Proposal Writer) to support public sector and government practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with pursuit teams to gather information and draft proposal content
• Engage in discussions about strategic messaging and win themes
• Manage proposal timelines and ensure compliance with submission requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or English
• 3-5 years of business writing experience, preferably in proposals for professional services
• Experience with governmental proposals and knowledge of government procurement processes preferred
• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills and familiarity with AI in proposals
• In-depth understanding of Associated Press style required
