Proposal Writer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Writer to develop compelling proposals for government RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs in the public safety technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze government RFPs and related documents to determine proposal requirements and compliance needs
• Provide end-to-end project management for the response process, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication with stakeholders
• Lead proposal development efforts, including content creation, formatting, and assembling compliant and persuasive responses

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience writing government proposals, preferably in public safety, technology, or software
• Strong understanding of the RFP/RFI/RFQ process and government procurement practices
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, Public Administration, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with proposal automation tools is a plus
• Experience in public safety technology solutions preferred
