Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Writer to develop high-quality proposals for government and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end proposal development, ensuring compliance with RFP/RFI/BAA requirements
• Craft persuasive and technically accurate content that communicates the company's mission and solutions
• Collaborate with engineering and strategy teams to produce polished narratives and proposal components

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Writing, Engineering, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in proposal writing, technical writing, or government contracting, preferably in aerospace or defense
• Strong understanding of government procurement processes, including FAR-based solicitations
• Experience with proposal tools and templates, including color reviews and compliance matrices
• Eligible to hold a US TS/SCI Clearance
