Proposal Writer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Writer to support their Sales & Growth team by developing responses to RFPs and other proposal requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage proposals from analysis through final delivery, ensuring compliance and alignment with capabilities
• Draft and refine proposal content, including executive summaries and pricing narratives
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and sales leadership to validate technical information and proposal strategy

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of proposal writing experience, preferably in B2B technical or cybersecurity environments
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and document collaboration tools
• Experience with cybersecurity, compliance, or IT consulting proposals
• APMP or Shipley training/certification is a strong plus
