Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Publications Specialist to support the Business Development Team in proposal writing and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support all phases of proposal development and ensure compliance with solicitation requirements
  • Develop compliant outlines and proposal artifacts, and facilitate planning sessions for strategy development
  • Collaborate with technical subject matter experts to create compelling narratives for proposals
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 13+ years of relevant experience in proposal development for US federal contracts
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in developing proposal materials for US federal government contract opportunities
  • Experience with Shipley or similar proposal processes
  • Proficient in reviewing and analyzing government solicitations and related documents
  • Master's degree in a related discipline or MBA is preferred
