Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Writer to join their team in the healthcare and consulting industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of proposals, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals
• Write and manage proposals, SOWs, and other deal pursuit documents to effectively meet client needs
• Collaborate with internal teams and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely and accurate proposal submissions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in proposal writing and management or business development, preferably in consulting or healthcare
• Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, and CRM platforms
• Understanding of procurement processes, contract vehicles, and project lifecycles
• Experience in consulting environments with a focus on relationship building and collaboration
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex timelines and ensure quality control
