Job Summary

Supporting the end-to-end development of high-quality proposals, the remote Proposal Writer will manage proposal strategy, content development, compliance, and submission for government and commercial procurements while collaborating cross-functionally to meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the full lifecycle of proposal development for federal and state procurements, including RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and ITBs
  • Ensure proposals meet all technical, legal, and regulatory requirements while developing compelling content that articulates the company's value proposition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and support proposal reviews, approvals, and final submission processes
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in proposal writing or equivalent experience
  • Strong project management skills, including scheduling and resource coordination
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to translate technical content into persuasive narratives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
