Proposal Writer

Job Summary

To support a growing cybersecurity compliance firm, the full-time remote Proposal Writer will manage the proposal development process by responding to RFPs, RFIs, and related documents while maintaining proposal templates and collaborating with subject matter experts.

Key responsibilities:

• Read and parse RFPs, develop requirements matrices, and conduct research on requesting organizations
• Create compelling proposals, statements of work, and responses to RFIs/SSNs
• Collaborate with graphic designers and subject matter experts to enhance proposal content and presentation

Required qualifications:

• 1-5 years of experience in proposal writing
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent experience
• Experience in a cybersecurity environment or other technical fields is preferred
• Strong knowledge of Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms)
• APMP and/or Shipley certification/training is a plus
