Proposal Writer

Job Summary

To drive sales growth, the full-time remote Proposal Writer will craft compelling proposals, manage proposal delivery processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to highlight the company's software solutions and services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop persuasive responses to proposal questions while adhering to deadlines
• Maintain and update proposal content and RFP database to ensure accuracy and relevance
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to gather necessary proposal input and insights

Required qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of marketing or proposal writing experience, or technical writing in a sales/marketing context
• At least 2 years of experience using Responsive (formerly RFPIO) for proposal management
• Proven experience in drafting and completing RFP/RFI responses
• Strong understanding of technology or software industries is highly desired
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functional teams
