Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Proposal Writer, this entry-level position will focus on crafting strategic proposals that align with client needs and VisionPoint's sales process, while working remotely and collaborating with subject matter experts to deliver compelling narratives and accurate cost estimates.

Key responsibilities

• Read and interpret Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to create strategic arguments and well-crafted proposals
• Manage proposal timelines, coordinate contributions, and ensure timely submission of proposals
• Update CRM with prospective-client communications and support the onboarding of new clients

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, English, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proven excellence in written and verbal communication with high standards for writing quality
• Experience producing high-stakes written work under deadlines, preferably in proposals or marketing content
• Familiarity with sales processes, with at least 1 year of sales exposure being beneficial
• Experience in or selling to higher education is a strong plus
