Job Summary
To support a growing PR agency, the full-time Proposal Writer will manage project assignments, conduct research, and develop client proposals to secure new business opportunities while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Write and edit proposals to effectively convey client needs and PR campaign strategies
- Conduct research to assemble necessary information for proposals, including objectives, deliverables, and budget
- Own and manage project assignments, exploring opportunities to add value and meet organizational goals
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of proposal writing experience in a strategic marketing communications role
- College degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business
- Proficiency in Microsoft products, especially PowerPoint, and familiarity with Adobe Suite
- Strong writing skills with a successful track record in developing effective marketing campaigns
- Basic IT awareness and skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
