Proposal Writer

Job Summary

To support the Sales team and Directors, the remote Proposal Writer will manage project assignments, conduct research, and formulate client proposals to win new business for a rapidly growing PR agency.

Key responsibilities

• Write and edit proposals to effectively convey client needs and PR campaign strategies, ensuring consistency in tone and voice
• Conduct research to develop comprehensive proposals, including project objectives, deliverables, and budget considerations
• Own and manage project assignments, exploring opportunities to add value and accomplish organizational goals

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of proposal writing experience
• College degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business
• Proven experience in business-to-business marketing communications
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft products, particularly PowerPoint, and familiarity with Adobe Suite
• Minimum of 3 years in a strategic marketing communications position
