Job Summary

To support the expansion of micromobility programs, the remote Proposal Writer will manage proposal development for City and University Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and permit applications, crafting compelling narratives and synthesizing complex information from various teams while based in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the development and submission of proposals for RFP and permit applications, ensuring compliance and timely delivery
• Write high-quality, creative content for proposals and coordinate input from multiple stakeholders
• Analyze trends and city policy priorities to tailor Veo's product offerings for priority markets

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in proposal development, content creation, or related fields such as sales/marketing or technical writing
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone for diverse audiences
• Knowledge of public sector procurement or urban planning is a plus
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in a related field preferred
• Passion for sustainable transportation and familiarity with graphic design tools is advantageous
