Proposal Writer
Job Summary
To support a temporary need for maternity leave coverage, the remote Proposal Writer will manage the proposal writing process, responding to RFPs and related documents while maintaining proposal templates and ensuring a consistent company message.
Key responsibilities
- Read and analyze RFPs, developing requirements matrices and conducting research on requesting organizations
- Create compelling proposals, statements of work, and responses to RFIs/SSNs, taking ownership of the proposal development lifecycle
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and graphic designers to enhance proposals and ensure technical content is accurate and engaging
Required qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in proposal writing
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent experience
- Experience writing proposals in a cybersecurity environment or other technical fields
- Strong knowledge of Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms)
- Familiarity with Asana and EOS concepts is preferred
